The verse above helps me address the tendency of summer to 'slide, relax, give in' to the aura of indolence in the physical sphere-- the heat (in Charlotte, especially!) makes it more difficult to do everything, and we let our spiritual routine slide as well. Let's claim with David that our 'fresh springs' are in Him! His Word alone provides the needed challenge, comfort, direction for 'hot' or stressful--days...
I pray your times with Him are 'green pastures beside still waters..'

Also, begin a Journey through the book of John in advance of our life-changing trek through that Gospel this fall. We re-convene Sept 14, & registration begins on the Carmel website in August.
We will study John chapters 1-5 this Fall.
